We can offer this left plain. Or we can wrap in streaky bacon and also stuff with our own made sausage meat. We can tailor to your requirements and size for the amount of people you’re looking to serve. From feeding 2 people upto 20. With no bones this is an easier option for cooking and carving.
Carvery Surrey Farm Rib of Beef

Can be French trimmed or left as it is. Succulent, tasty beef that we sell all year round. Fantastic for group gatherings. We can cut 1 bone or upto 4 bones as per your requirements.
Our own cooked Ham

This can be left plain for you to glaze yourself, breadcrumbed with a golden crumb or honey glazed. Either way it’s a great accompaniment for the cold meats over the Christmas season. We cook the Hams in house and have been doing for 40 years so we like to think we’re pretty good at it.
Whole Turkeys
Available to order, most weights available although the smaller birds (4kg) will more difficult to secure.
Geese
Available to order but best to order early to avoid disappointment.
Pigs in blankets
They’ve become a firm favourite over the past few years. Our own made chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon. Great to have with your Christmas dinner. Our pigs in blanket are available for preorders only.
Celebration Beef Wellington’s (available to preorder)

Will serve at least 4 people with generous size portions. Made in house with tender Beef Fillet, wrapped in prosciutto ham, topped with a mushroom duxelle. Encased in puff pastry with a lattice to wow your guests. We can offer these in an individual size portion which again is a generous portion for 1.
